Cassiah Joski-Jethi

Cassiah is an award-nominated writer based in London. After graduating with 1st Class Honours BA Drama and Theatre Arts from The University of Birmingham, she began her career working for Gurinder Chadha OBE at Bend It TV who is now developing her original television drama Robyn. Cassiah’s short play Under My Thumb is a finalist for Red’s Women Theatre Award 2016, and has recently been commissioned as a full-length play by Greenwich Theatre and Culture Clash Theatre to be debuted in September 2016. Cassiah has also had her work performed on the stage in London, Birmingham and Glasgow, and is working on a number of projects for commission and in development. She is particularly interested in creating worlds that specifically examine the representation of women from fresh, contemporary and innovative perspectives.

Samir Khelil

Samir is an award-winning writer, director and producer from France. He has been writing stories since his early childhood and has lived in France, the Netherlands, New Zealand and the UK. Samir combines a rare dual background in Arts (Met Film School, London) and Sciences (MSc) to his western and oriental sensitivities, drawn from his life experiences, to make films that resonate with a large audience. His films have garnered awards and been chosen to feature in the Official Selection of a range of international film festivals from around the world (LA, Russia, Belgium, South Africa). Samir founded SELENA CREATIVE HOUSE, a London-based film production company, through which he produces his own work and the film projects of other talented directors. Samir now lives and shares his time between London, Lille/Paris and Melbourne.

Vlad Skrypnyk

Vlad studied Film Studies and Game Studies at London Metropolitan University between 2008 and 2011. He runs Four Lenses Productions, a video production company in Romania that produces video sketches, short films, commercials and corporate videos.

Vlad returned to the UK in 2016 to study Feature Film Making at Bath Spa University. While on that course, he wrote LETTING GO, which is now in development with Selena Creative House.
